STICKY COCTAIL SAUSAGES

Ingredients

  • 60 cocktail sausages (fresh are better but if using frozen defrost first)
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons runny honey
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method

Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl. Arrange cocktail sausages on a shallow baking tray lined with foil. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-35 mins until sticky and golden brown. ( turn sausages a few times during cooking to achieve and even golden colour.)
