1.Preheat oven to 190c (gas mark 5).
2.Place chicken in a baking dish.
3.In a bowl mix together the oil, ketchup, honey, garlic, drpepper, soy sauce and salt and pepper.
4.Pour over the wings and coat well.
5.Bake for one hour.
serve with mayo to dip
