Best Ever Spaghetti Bolognaise

Ingredients

  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 cloved garlic crushed
  • 1 tin good quailty chopped tomatoes
  • teaspoon mixed herbs
  • teaspoon tomato puree
  • 3 beef stock cubes
  • glass red wine
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 500g good quality mince beef
  • 2 pints boiling water
  • 6 mushrooms sliced

Method

dry fry minced beef and onion and garlic for five mins

add all the other ingredients and simmer for as long as possible, until you have the desired consistency but the longer it simmers the tastier it is. serve with cooked spaghetti or pasta of your choice.
