Cook pasta according to instructions and return to pot. Place a large dollop of cream cheese, about a heaped table spoon, into the pasta and mix until fully melted. Once melted sprinkle with parmesan cheese and let that melt too. The pot may need to be returned to the heat for the parmesan to melt. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle the parsley flakes on top. Enjoy.
