Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients

  • pasta shapes
  • condensed mushroom soup
  • mushrooms
  • bacon
  • a bit o' dried basil (or instead a bit of rocket)

Method

cook the pasta according to instructions.

for the sauce: fry the bacon - prick the fat so that it doesnt shrivel up though.dice and chuck into the heated soup, add diced mushrooms, these will cook in the soup.don't add water to the soup, it's best thick.

it's nice with a bit of basil, but not too much, tis' strong!or if you have it, add a handful of rocket just before you serve it (so that it doesn't wilt too much) it tastes great cos it's peppery and also makes it look posh!

when the mushrooms are cooked, pour the sauce over pasta.
