Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Creamy Parmesan, bacon and mushroom Pasta



  • Spaghetti pasta
  • single/double crea,
  • Parmesan
  • mushrooms
  • bacon preferrably smoked for taste
  • onion
  • sunflower oil


In a good sized pan add the finely chopped onion and fry gently in the oil for 5 mins.

Slice the mushrooms and bacon into eatable chunks and add to the onion, cook for approx ten mins to cook the shrooms and bacon.

In the meantime grate two good hanfuls of parmesan cheese and cook enough pasta for how many is eating

Add a good glug of the cream, enough so that it will give a good coating to your pasta and also add your cheese. Give a good stir and allow the cheese to melt.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add to your cheese, bacon and shroom sauce.

Give a good stir serve and enjoy!!
