Creamy Pasta With Bacon And Peas

Bacon Creamy Pasta



  • 2/3 Slices of lean bacon
  • Small handful of mint
  • Grated cheese
  • Shell pasta (whichever you fancy, have to hand)
  • Frozen Peas
  • Creme fraiche
  • Butter


Boil pasta and set to one side,

Cut the bacon into thin slices, and fry until golden in the butter. Add the frozen peas and warm through.

Add the creme fraiche, stir through until warm.

Add the pasta to the frying pan and add the mint and grated cheese. Keep it on the heat for a couple of minutes (add some milk if sauce is too thick)

Nice with a side salad.

Easy peasy. Enjoy!
