Easy Vege Lasagne

A Quick way to make vegetarian lasagne



  • Tinned Ratatouille
  • Lasagne Sheets
  • White Sauce
  • Grated cheese


Preheat oven to 200C. In an ovenproof dish layer Ratatouille, lasagne sheets, white sauce, lasagne sheets, ratatouille, lasagne sheets, white sauce. Top with grated cheese and put in the oven for about half an hour, untill the cheese is golden and bubbling.

Adjust quantity of ratatouille for the number of people.

Simple, eh?
