Fajita Pasta :)

Not the cheapest, but filling and well worth the price 🙂

Ingredients

• Pasta
• Chicken chunks
• Salsa
• Guacamole
• Red Pepper
• Jalapenos
• Onion
• Sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper or similar
• Soured Cream
• Grated Cheese
• Leave out what you dont like and any quantities!

Instructions

STEP 1:

Cook the pasta and chicken chunks

STEP 2:

Dice red pepper and onion and add to chicken to soften it a bit

STEP 3:

Mix it all (except soured cream and grated cheese) into the cooked pasta

STEP 4:

Dollop cream and cheese on the side of the plate
