Italian Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • a few cloves garlic
  • 1 or 2 bay leaves
  • pasta of your choice
  • a few olives
  • 1 can tomato paste or puree(not the same as ketchup)
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

chop the onion, garlic and olive:keep aside.

put oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic.Simultaneously boil the pasta and keep aside.Add the tomato paste to the onion and garlic and let it boil for a while.After a while add the chopped olives and let it simmer , then add the bay leaves. Nowe add the pasta and mixx well.......Yummm ready to eat!

    if you add a littleof the pasta water in with sauce when you mix it in the pasta will stick to the pasta better. The garlic is also better added slightly later on to avoid burning and becoming bitter.

    it's better if you use onion or garlic, just one of theme!
    to cook pasta, boil water and after add pasta, or you obtain a big amount of glue-pasta!
