Easy lasagna



  • 500gr mince meat
  • 3-4 carrots
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 aubergine
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 onions
  • olive oil
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 250ml milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • lasagna noodles
  • parmesan cheese


1. We slice the onion and put it in the pan with a bit of olive oil

2. Once the onion is done we add the sliced carrots, the aubergine and the mushrooms

3. When it's all mixed we add the mince meat

4. When the mince meat is done we add the tomato sauce and mix, we add salt, pepper and oregano, we wait for about 15 till it's done

5. We put it out of the fire

6. In another pan we put olive oil

7. We put the 1/2 onion sliced and wait till it's done,

8. Once it's done we add two spoons of flour and mix

9. We add 250ml of milk

10. We add salt and pepper. We mix it all and when it's a paste we take it out of the fire

11. Cook the lasagna noodles

12. In a baking dish put 1 coat of the meat and sauce, on top of that add the lasagna noodles, keep doing until finished

13 on top add the mixture we made with flour and milk

14 now add the parmesan cheese on top

15 place in the oven at 200ºc for about 15 mins
