Macaroni Cheese

nice and yummy



  • cheese
  • macaronni or pasta
  • 30g of plain flour
  • 30g of butter
  • salt/pepper
  • three quarters of pint of milk.


1)boil your pasta in hot water

2)add a nob of butter to a pan and melt

3)then add some flour then make to a paste gradually adding milk mix the the sauce until goes thick (white sauce)then add your cheese leaving some cheese for the top

4)once pasta is cooked pour into a dish then add your sauce cheese on top then under the grill on high for about 3 mins or preheat your oven when cooking and put it in the oven for about 10 mins

    about 2/3 by the looks of it... depends how much you eat i suppose.

    Into the sauce I would add a pinch of salt, black pepper mustard and a pinch of nutmeg, gives it alot more flavour, stops it from being too bland

    this is best way to make macaroni! :)
    you can make it more tasty by adding herbs or fried onion and garlic.
    you can also add mushrooms or a can of corn to add some extra nutrition (and yummyness)!!
