Chop bacon and ham and fry in a pan with oil, oregano and chopped garlic. When the bacon is cooked add the tomato puree (mix with ham/bacon). Add double cream and stir through, making sure that the tomato puree and cream are mixed properly. Cook through (without letting it boil!). To get a stronger tasting sauce I take the pan off the heat for a few minutes, put it back on stir through, let it heat up and then repeat.
Mix with pasta and serve!
