Pasta With Peppers :)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 hand full's of pasta( i like the little bow's)
  • Half a red pepper
  • 1/4 of an onion red or white
  • 5 small mushrooms
  • nob of butter
  • about 100 ml single cream
  • grated cheese i like chedder

Method

fill up a pan with water and wait until it boils, then add some salt and the pasta to the pan, look on the packet and it will tell you how long to cook the pasta for.

whilst you are waiting for the water to boil chop and slice the red pepper, onion and mushrooms. once you have put the pasta into a pan, melt the nob of butter into a frying pan and add the onions,pepper and mushroom stiring occasionly. whilst the pasta and veg are cooking grate your cheese.

once the pasta is cooked drain and put back into the pan you cooked it in,

the peppers, mushrooms and onions should be cooked now, you can tell if they are cooked by feeling how soft they are.

now add the cream,mushrooms, onions and peppers into the pan with the pasta in it :)

mix it all together with a little heat under the pan to warm the cream.

now finally serve the pasta and add your chesse on the top :)
