Pasta in a Philadelphia cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • Philadelphia or a tub of cream cheese (same thing really)
  • Any extras you want in it such as chicken, chorizo, sweetcorn
  • Onion
  • Splash of milk

Method

Cook pasta as normal

Chop up the onion and fry it.

Once fried add half a tub of philly or cream cheese and stir slowly until melted

Add milk to make the sauce a bit thinner

Next add any extras such as chicken, sweetcorn

Finally add the pasta and mix together!

Its really good if you get a flavoured philly such as garlic and herb or the chive one but plain is just as good!

    Just cooked this recipe but with salmon and smoked haddock tastes amazing used mushroom and onion with a parmesan crust the whole family loved it

    Made this for dinner today, was sooo nice. Good to have a different type of pasta for once!
