Quick Macaroni Cheese

Very easy and sooo... Tasty / Serves: 2


  • 2 cups of Pasta (pasta twists or Penne or shells)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup of grated cheese (Chedder) or more if you fancy
  • Salt to taste


1 In a saucepan add pasta and milk and bring to boil. Then simmer until pasta is cooked to your liking.

2 Turn off the heat and add the grated cheese and salt, stir this and keep adding the mustard to your liking.

3 Serve immediately and enjoy!!

Note, You could add more pasta but you will have to proportionally add more milk and cheese!
