Seafood Pasta

  • Frozen (or fresh) seafood (prawns,squid,mussells)
  • Pasta shells (half a bowls worth pp)
  • 1 carton of double cream
  • garlic paste
  • lemon juice
  • pepper
  • tbl spoon of cooking oil


*Fill the kettle and boil.

*Heat oil in frying pan (wok if you have one).

*measure seafood (one handful pp)

*measure out pasta into a saucepan and add boiling water (bring to the boil and simmer for 12 mins or until soft whilst the seafood is cooking)

*fry seafood together with a tsp of garlic, a generous amount of lemon juice and a sprinkle of pepper for ten mins or until seafood is cooked.(you may wish to add vegetables like peppers or onion at this stage)

*cover the seafood with double cream and heat through.

(keep pasta on low if it is ready before the seafood)

*serve immediately
