> boil pasta in a pot of hot water, salt and a table a spoon of olive oil for about 7 mins.
>strain the past and leave to cool.
>blend your plum tomatoes and 1 big onion together
>add 4 table spoons of olive oil to an already heated pan.
>add your remaining diced onions and garlic to the pan ,simmer for about 4min .
>add your tomatoe paste and your chopped tomatoe to the pan .
> season as preferred , let it simmer for about 5mins
>add 1cup of milk, let it boil for about 2mins.
>add your pasta, let it boil until it's soft.
> remove from the fire, pour into a casserole dish , sprinkle some cheese on top and leave in the oven for about 10mins until the cheese is golden
