White Sauce Recipe

Easiest and yummy white sauce

Ingredients

  • 1. Amul cheese - 1/2 cup
  • 2. Amul fresh cream - 2 tbsp
  • 3. Oregano - pinch
  • 4. Milk - 1/2 cup
  • 5. All purpose flour (maida) - 1 tsp
  • 6. Pepper powder - pinch
  • 7. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • 8. Salt - pinch

Method

1. In a bowl heat milk.

2. Add grated cheese.

3. Mix well so that the cheese melts in the milk.

4. Add all purpose flour (maida) and see to it that no lumps are formed.

5. Add sugar.

6. Add fresh cream.

7. Add a pinch of salt

8. After the mixture boils and is thick add pepper powder and oregano.

note : stir the mixture continously so that it does not stick to the base of the vessel.
