Instructions

Step 1:

  • 1- Cut the chicken breast into chunks, roughly 1/2inch pieces.
  • Step 2:

  • 2- Fry chicken in oil until tender and cooked through
  • Step 3:

  • 3- Add the Chilli and around 3 tbsp of peanut butter
  • Step 4:

  • 4- Add milk in small amounts and stir until the consistency of the mixture is to your liking
  • Step 5:

  • 5- Add sugar to taste
  • Step 6:

  • 6- Simmer for a couple of minutes, if sauce becomes too thick, add more milk
  • Step 7:

  • 7- Serve with noodles or rice, maybe even some stir fried veg if you fancy
