Step 1:

  • line a roasting tin with greaseproof paper
  • Step 2:

  • melt the syryp, butter and chocolate together in the microwave
  • Step 3:

  • add the crushed biscuits, popping candy, fruit and nuts and mix thoroughly
  • Step 4:

  • spoon into the tin and level it off with a round-bladed knife
  • Step 5:

  • chill for 2hours in the fridge (30mins in the freezer) and cut into squares.
  • Step 6:

  • Serve from the fridge.
