Step 1: line a roasting tin with greaseproof paper
Step 2: melt the syryp, butter and chocolate together in the microwave
Step 3: add the crushed biscuits, popping candy, fruit and nuts and mix thoroughly
Step 4: spoon into the tin and level it off with a round-bladed knife
Step 5: chill for 2hours in the fridge (30mins in the freezer) and cut into squares.
Step 6: Serve from the fridge.
