My Own Currywurst

A german style curried sausage dish

Ingredients

  • Bratwurst Sausages
  • (Plain Pork Sausages Will Do)
  • Ketchup
  • Curry Powder
  • Honey

Method

1- Fry or Grill the Sausages

2- In a saucepan, gently warm a good dollop (roughly 50g) and stir in 1tbsp of curry powder and 1 tbsp of honey. Be careful not to overheat

3- Slice the cooked sausages and serve with the curry sauce poured over

4- Tastes great with chips, Baked potatoes, or even mash.

    Its supposed to say dollop of ketchup! But it wont let me change it now =[
