Ingredients

  • 1 joint pork
  • 2 bottels pear cider
  • gravy granels

Method

place joint i saucepan 3/4 full bring to boil three times. remove from saucepan do not pour away cider cut inch squears in to skin then rub in salt place in oven on low heat till u get a knock sound when tapping on skin with a knife. remove place grave granels in jug reboil cider in saucepan add to grave granels stire pour over pork on plate open second bottel take a swig now go sit down and enjoy your meal i know what you thinking what about the rest of the cider in the first bottle if you were wise u would of been swig out of it while u were cookin so there shouldnt be any left
