Sausage & Ricotta Cheese Pasta

This super easy and slightly fancy pasta has never failed to be delicious


  • - 2 medium italian sausages
  • - 4 cups of dry penne or rigatoni pasta
  • - 1 can of tomato sauce
  • - 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • - optional: shredded cheese for topping


1. Boil the pasta

2. While the pasta is boiling, cook the italian sausages well through while mashing them into ground pieces

3. Heat up the tomato sauce

4. When the pasta, sauce, and sausages are done cooked, mix them all together.

5. Add the ricotta cheese to the mixture

(optional: top with shredded cheese)

ta-da! Delicious and easy pasta for two under $15, and you can make it twice!
