1. Boil a pot of water on the stove and prepare your ingredients
2. With a fork mix the minced pork , salt and pepper and egg in a bowl.
3. Pour the ingredient into a shallow bowl and steam for 15 minutes
4. Chop the spring onions into small slices and place over the steam pork once its ready or you could mix it together in step 2 and steam it.
best serve with a bowl of rice :)
