Boil the sausages on a medium heat for about 10 minutes
drain and cut the sausages about 1/3 lengthways
mix the cheese and onion together in a small bowl then stuff in the cut
grill on medium heat for about 15 minutes, don't turn the sausages
simple dish to impress
