Ingredients

  • Sausages
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • pinch of salt

Method

1. Put the sausages in an oven proof dish and cook in the oven for 8 mins at 230C in a little oil.

2. Meanwhile whisk together all the other ingredients.

3. Pour the mix over the sausages (you may want to chop them up at this point) and cook in the oven until the Yorkshire pudding is a golden brown (about 20 mins)

Serve with gravy or beans

    If you use a cup of flour a cup of eggs a cup of milk salt and pepper and a splash of normal vinegar and whisk, leave on the side for half hour before using you will have the hugest batter you have ever seen. A cup by the way is any cup or mug you have in your cupboard. providing you use the same cup for all the ingredients it will work.
