Yummy Ribs

Easy home cooked meal

Ingredients

  • Pork belly ribs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon chinese five spice

Method

Mix all above ingredients together.

pour over pork belly ribs.

cook covered wih foil for 1hour and 30 mins at 180 oc

then turn down the oven to 170 oc and uncover the ribs and cook for a futher 1 hour

finally serve
