1 Pot -20 Minute Easy "paella"

1 pot, less mess, chorizo, prawn, peppers, rice, tinned tomato



  • 70g chorizo,
  • 1 bag of frozen prawns (i got mine from tesco) ,
  • 1 red pepper 1 green pepper,
  • 100g rice,
  • 1 can tinned tomato
  • 1 tbs tomato puree
  • 500ml boiling water


1 - fry the chopped chorizo in the pot for 3 minutes

2 - throw in the peppers for 1 minute

3 - add the boiling water, rice and tomato puree, mix around a bit, then cover the pot with a lid and leave to simmer on a medium heat for 13 minutes - giving it a stir every now and again.

4- fling in the prawns for the final 3 minutes

5- nom-nom-nom
