5 Minute NO-OIL Tofu!

Very healthy and no fat!!!



  • 1. soya sauce
  • 2. few coriander leaves
  • 3. chives (dried or fresh)
  • 4. half a lemon
  • 5. half a pack of tofu


1. add some soya sauce, squeeze half a lemon, and then add coriander leaves and chives. mix everything well in a microwaveable dish.

2. cut the tofu in cubes and place in the dish.

3. pour all the excess sauce on top of the tofu.

4. put in the micro for 5-7 minutes and then eat!!!!
