Crush the garlic (not chop) and mix with the mayonnaise in a bowl. How much garlic is dependent on your taste.
Spread the garlic mayonnaise down the middle of the wrap.
Onto the mayonnaise place grated italian hard cheese.
Squeeze a table spoon of lemon juice over the wrap.
Grind some black peppercorns along the wrap
Cut the lettuce coarsely, and place along wrap.
Cut the chicken into thin strip and lay along the middle.
Wrap up the wrap using whatever method you prefer (personally, I prefer to fol up the bottom about 1/4, and then roll oneside over, followed by t'other)
