Cheesy-beany Couscous Ready In 10 Mins

Ingredients

  • Couscous (or rice if you don't have any)
  • Baked Beans
  • Cheese (something meltable)
  • HP sauce

Method

To make the couscous: Put the desired amount in a bowl (about a cupful per person will do - it's not an exact science) and pour over boiling hot water from the kettle until the couscous has soaked it up and expanded, then just to make sure it's hot, bung it in the microwave for a few mins (make sure your not using a plastic bowl).

Beans: Can be done in the microwave also, they usually take 3-4 mins on full power.

To serve: Put couscous on a plate, pour over the beans, grate some cheese over the beans and add HP brown sauce to taste.
