Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 1 pack of uncooked prawns
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 small / 1 large clove of garlic (medium - finely chopped)
  • 1/3 chopped depending on how hot or dry, powdered chili
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Are ammaaaaazing with pasta (drizzled with oil and seasoned) or salad! :D

Method

(If serving with pasta then begin cooking this first as this recipe takes no time to cook at all)

Heat olive oil in frying pan and add the garlic.

Add the prawns when garlic is going slightly golden and then stir in the honey.

They should take only about 3 / 4 mins to cook through and they're ready! - if you feel they need a while longer then thats fine.

Serve warm over salad with a lemon and olive oil dressing (literally just lemon juice, olive oil and pepper & salt)

or pasta with oil and salt and pepper over it.

(after removing the prawns sometimes its good to add a bit of water to the frying pan to make a sauce)

AND hey presto! dinner!

you can replace the chill with pepper sauce and the honey with syrup.... its really nice the way the chill cuts thro the honey. love it!
