'curry Rice'

A quick rise dish with either prawns or chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 squeeze a garlic paste
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 bag of 'boil in the bag rice'
  • handful of mangetouts
  • handful of prawns or 1 chicken breast
  • chicken stock cube with boiling water (500ml)
  • olive oil/salt/pepper

Method

Cook chicken

cut up onion and pepper

add to the pan, with a little oil

steam for 5 minutes

add garlic paste and curry powder and empty the uncooked rice into the pan

add the chicken stock to the pan and boil until there is no water

add prawns or cooked chicken to the top

add mangetouts

serve
