Easy Breakfast Biscuits/cookies

Perfect for a breakfast on the go!



  • - 2 mashed bananas
  • - muesli
  • - if you don't have or don't want to use muesli, you can just use oats and add extra things like dried fruit and/or nuts.


When the mashed bananas are in a bowl, add the muesli and stir the mixture up. I usually guess the amount of muesli, but just try to make sure it's not too much.

place the mixture in dollops on a lined or greased baking sheet.

bake at 190 for 10-15 minutes or until set and golden brown.

these will be very soft cookies! If you want them to be crunchy, use more muesli/less banana.
