Take Gorg and they're healthy - you can eat LOADS!



  • Maris Potatoes
  • Fry-light (its a spray, should be with cooking oils in the supermarket)


Peel, Chip, part-boil and drain plenty of maris piper potatoes. Return to the pan and shake to 'rough up' the edges.

Place on a baking sheet, spray with fry light and bake in a pre heated (240'c/475'F/Gas 9) oven for 20-25mins.

Delicious with dry-fried eggs and quorn sausages.
