Egg Fried (Left Over) Rice

Tasty, no wasty / Serves: 1


  • 1 bowl left over rice
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt for taste
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • 2tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 eggs


Heat oil in a sauce pan

Add chopped garlic when the oil is hot

Saute until brown

Break the eggs into the sauce pan

Add salt and black pepper powder - mix well

Add rice and soy - stir well.

Remove from heat when egg is cooked well.
