Expresso 4 Cheese And Asparagus Risotto

The microwaveable riso gallo expresso 4 cheese risotto is easy and delicious.



  • • 1 riso gallo risotto quattro formaggi pack
  • • 100ml of water
  • • drizzle of cooking oil
  • • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • • 1 cup of chopped asparagus
  • • 1 cup of chopped courgette
  • • parmesan shavings
  • • rocket sprigs for decoration (optional)


Heat pan with a drizzle of cooking oil. Cook garlic, asparagus and courgette for 2-3 minutes. Add the riso gallo risotto expresso pack with 100ml of water, cook for 2 minutes on the hob.

alternatively pour 100ml into the pack and place in the microwave for 3 minutes.

serve with parmesan or rocket sprigs.

    I thought this product was incredibly delicious and want to know how to purchase it here in the us. How was it possible for this woman's child to get food poisoning from this risotto? What did she do wrong?

    They are vile dont make this my child had food poisoing for a week because i made this! Seriously i am so mad! How dare you!
