peel and boil potatoes for 20 minutes until soft.
mash spuds then add stuffing mix, mix in well form into small balls flatten down with a spoon.
Dip balls into batter mix, then fry in oil until golden brown.
i'm very intrigued by this. can't imagine it would be bad....deep fried potato and stuffing....yum!
just a question would you have to make up the stuffing mix first before adding it to the mash?
