STEP 1:

potato

Cut potatoes into tall and slightly thick pieces

STEP 2:

salt

keep water in flame, add a pinch of salt

STEP 3:

oil

boil till 3/4 soften (leave 1/4 uncooked)

STEP 4:

oil

drain the water when boiled

STEP 5:

keep aside to cool

STEP 6:

keep in a packet….And keep in refrigerator for some time

STEP 7:

keep out in normal temperature

STEP 8:

ketchup

deep fry and serve with ketchup
