French Fries........

Easy n testy :)



  • Big potatoes (as much you want to eat)
  • a pinch of salt
  • water to boil
  • a plastic or poly bag
  • ketchup


Cut potatoes into tall and slightly thick pieces

keep water in flame, add a pinch of salt

boil till 3/4 soften (leave 1/4 uncooked)

drain the water when boiled

keep aside to cool

keep in a packet....And keep in refrigerator for some time

keep out in normal temperature

deep fry and serve with ketchup
