Fried Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • Packet gnocchi
  • Oil

Method

Fry gnocchi until golden and crispy, and eat with a dip such as ketchup or mayonnaise.

    It's really good if you add some chopped chorizo in the pan for the last minute of frying. The fat in the chorizo gives the gnocchi a great taste, some how makes the gnocchi crispier and turns it a lovely golden colour
