Garlic Mushrooms

cheap and easy to make



  • 250g mushrooms(closed cap or chestnut), 1-2 cloves of garlic crushed, chopped fresh parsely, 1/2 tub double cream.


wipe and slice mushrooms then heat a little olive oil in a saucepan add the mushrooms and garlic and fry on a medium heat then add a good handful of parsely then stir in cream and bring to the boil and let it simmer untill thick, i like to have this with green salad or warm,crusty ciabatta, hope you like this
