Noodles Idly

Ingredients

  • boiled noodles-as required to fill your idly slots
  • egg-3 or 4 as per your need
  • salt-to taste
  • finely chopped coriander leaves-1 small cup
  • schezwan sauce-3-4 tablespoons
  • oil- 2 tease spoons
  • pepper powder-to taste

Method

1.Mix boiled noodles,egg,salt,pepper,schezwan sauce and coriander leaves in a bowl.

2.Boil water for making idlies.Grease each idly slot with oil.

3.Put the noodle-egg mixture in each slots,close the lid and steam till it cooks.

4.Serve it in a plate.Garnish with Coriander leaves if necessary.
