1.Mix boiled noodles,egg,salt,pepper,schezwan sauce and coriander leaves in a bowl.
2.Boil water for making idlies.Grease each idly slot with oil.
3.Put the noodle-egg mixture in each slots,close the lid and steam till it cooks.
4.Serve it in a plate.Garnish with Coriander leaves if necessary.
