Pesto Pizzas

Yummy and quick

Ingredients

• – pesto
• – sliced bread
• – cheese (any type but cheddar or goats cheese is nice)

Instructions

STEP 1:

1- spread pesto on to the bread

STEP 2:

2- sprinkle the cheese on top

STEP 3:

3- place in the oven and set to bake, 350-400 degrees, for about 5-10 minutes

STEP 4:

3- do steps 1 and 2 then take a second slice of bread and spread with pesto.

STEP 7:

4-place on top of first, pesto side down to make a sandwich.

STEP 8:

5-butter outsides of sandwich.

STEP 9:

grill on the hob or grill in toastie-maker for toasted sandwiches!
