Spanish Omlette

use up old bits and pieces in a nice egg omlette

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 slice of bacon
  • little bit of onion
  • a couple of mushrooms
  • small piece of cheese
  • (anything else you want to add i.e red pepper)
  • splash of cooking oil

Method

heat the oil in a frying pan and add some chopped onion (however much you like) when the onion has sofened add the bacon (chopped) and fry until it looks almost ready. add your mushrooms and other various pieces and fry for a little while until soft. when they all look cooked, add the eggs (beaten) to the pan and put pepper, salt ect on it. make sure the eggs cover the whole bottom of the pan. cook for about 2 minutes. then sprinked the grated cheese over the top of the egg mixture and put the whole pan under a hot grill for about 2 mins untill the cheese bubbles and the egg isnt runny. bon apitite* carefully remove from pan and eat. TIP nice with potato waffles and ketchup!!

    WERY NICE FOOD, BLOODY GOOD BUT YOU SHOULD PUT A BIT OF CURRY SAUCE IN TO THE OMLET AND IT WOULD TASTE PURFECTION WERRY WERRY NICE !! BLUDDY MAN INIT BRUV
