Pour boiling water into plastic bowl over cous cous, add in salt and pepper, chicken stock cube, chilli and curry powder and put cling film over it for 5 minutes, then chop up veggies and add into mixture, eat hot or leave to cool.
Quick and everyone loves it
Dont think this could be any easier, so filling and tastes amazing!
