Turkey, Crisp, Egg Mayo Sandwich.

One of those sandwiches that only you like...



  • Bread.
  • Egg Mayonaise (Preferable with free-range eggs and hellman's light mayo)
  • Bernard Matthew's Turkey Breast Slices
  • Ready Salted Crisps.
  • Marg


Spread a thin layer of margarine on your slices of bread.

Add the mushy texture of the egg mayo onto each slice.

Crush some crisps on top of the egg mayo to add a crispy, crunchy texture.

Layer on one turkey breast slice over each slice of bread.
