Mix the sesame seeds and breadcrumbs. Heat some oil in a frying pan. Roll the turkey in the sesame/breadcrumb mix and fry, turning regularly, until golden brown and crispy and cooked through on both sides. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and eaten cold later, it's still as good. I suggest sweet chilli sauce or reggae reggae ketchup as a condiment.
