Firstly chop up the mushrooms, when chopped half them again!
put into a pan and add a nob of butter in with it (Turn up the heat quite high)
When the mushrooms are softened, chop up your garlic clove/cloves and add them to the pan!
When the mushrooms and garlic are roughly ready add a little bit of cream and 3tsp of wine :)
mix slowly and turn down the heat!
Add some salt & pepper to zang it up abit!
Then add a tbsp of Onion relish and finally Honey mustard!
This dish is a nice starter and is nice on a platter of spaghetti!
